Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the information you type into our forms so we can quote and build your project, and we use standard analytics and advertising tools to understand how people find us. We do not sell your information to anyone. If your browser asks not to be tracked, we listen. If you want your information corrected or deleted, one email does it.

What we collect

What you give us. When you book a consultation, request a 3D model, or send a message, we collect what the form asks for: your name, email, phone number, property address, utility, an idea of your electric bill, and anything you write in the notes. If you choose to upload a copy of your electric bill, we store it so we can size your system accurately.

What your visit tells us. Like most websites, we see standard technical details: pages visited, the town your connection reports, device type, and how you found us, including which ad or search brought you here. If you tap our phone number or email address, we count that a tap happened. None of this identifies you by name unless you later fill out a form.

What we do with it

We use your information to respond to you, design and quote your system, do the work you hire us for, and handle the paperwork that comes with it, such as utility interconnection applications and permits. We use the anonymous visit data to judge which pages and ads are working so we spend our marketing budget sensibly.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf, and the parties a solar project actually requires, such as your utility and the local permitting office, and only for your project.

The tools we use

These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Analytics tells us how visitors move through the site, in aggregate.
• Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) tags tell us when an ad click leads to a consultation request, so we know which ads earn their keep. When you arrive from an ad, we keep the click reference in your browser for 90 days so a form you submit later still credits the right ad.
• HubSpot helps us keep track of conversations with people who contact us.
• Supabase stores form submissions and uploaded bills in a private database. Bill uploads are never public.
• Resend delivers our notification and confirmation emails.

If your browser opts out, we honor it

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, this site loads no analytics or advertising scripts at all. No banner, no asking twice. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings and in your Meta account settings. The site works fine either way.

How long we keep things

Lead and contact records are kept while we work together and for as long as we need them for warranties, tax, and legal records afterward. Ad click references in your browser expire after 90 days. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless a legal or warranty obligation requires keeping a specific record.

Your choices

Email us and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no hoops. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
